Property marketing centre · Zhuzhou, Hunan, China
A dark curved staircase at the Gaoke Yunshuiwan marketing centre in Zhuzhou. Light stone-pattern treads and glass guarding contrast with the stair’s dark sides and the gold-coloured elements of the surrounding interior.
The stair’s dark curved surface creates a distinct outline against the light patterned floor. Glass guarding keeps the relationship between the stair and the surrounding columns visible. The photograph records the finished interior appearance.
The material contrast makes the tread edges and the curved side line important visual details. A similar design needs the tread build-up, glass fixing, handrail and visible junctions to be coordinated with the steelwork.
The stair should be considered with the visitor approach and the upper-floor arrival. Provide the opening, supporting structure and neighbouring interior elements so the curve can be developed for the actual site.
