Before placing the order
Confirm the manufacturing basis
Identify the final site dimensions, drawing revision, material and finish scope, support interfaces and approval responsibilities.
Agree the commercial scope
Record inclusions, exclusions, currency, payment stages, handover, insurance and the costs handled by each party.
Nominate the delivery and site teams
Identify the freight forwarder, local structural reviewer, contractor, installer and project contact. Confirm local import and approval requirements with the responsible parties.
Before factory dispatch
| Review | Confirm with the responsible team |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing and checks | Agreed inspection or trial-assembly scope, records, drawing reference and outstanding items. |
| Component references | Numbering, packing list and installation information aligned with the components. |
| Protection and loading | Packing requirements, finish protection, component handling and the agreed loading / handover point. |
| Freight documents | Product and packing information required by the appointed forwarder. Any destination-specific document needs should be identified before ordering. |
| Timing | Factory handover date, forwarder booking and the programme for destination delivery. |
Before unloading and installation
Confirm site readiness, delivery access, unloading equipment, safe storage, lifting and the installation sequence with the contractor. The local team should verify supports, anchors or embeds against the approved project information.
Assign connections, site welding if required, coating repairs, tread and balustrade installation, lighting connections, adjacent finishes and inspection. A numbered kit still requires a planned site operation.
Keep the approved drawings and component references available to the installer. Record and resolve discrepancies through the project team before proceeding with affected work.
Choose and define the support arrangement
Local contractor with remote support: agree the installation information supplied, the contact person and the technical-support scope. Identify which decisions and works remain with the local team.
BUBUJIA on-site assistance: agree whether the task is measurement, technical guidance or installation, plus timing, local access and working arrangements, travel and service fees.
For Malaysia, Thailand or another destination, the actual address, building conditions, logistics plan and local project team determine the next steps. This guide does not establish a local office, local installation partner or completed project in that country.
