Custom staircase export supply
BUBUJIA accepts custom staircase orders for overseas projects. We manufacture in Liuyang, China, and coordinate drawing details, factory trial assembly, numbered components, protective packing and the agreed loading handover. Your project can use a local installer or separately arranged BUBUJIA on-site assistance.

Yes, we supply overseas projects
For owners, designers, fit-out contractors and installers sourcing a staircase from China.
We accept enquiries for helical and curved steel staircases, spiral-form designs, floating-style stairs and sculptural features. Each order is developed around the actual building, design intent and agreed scope.
Send your project country and city, plans, reference images and intended installation arrangement. We can review the manufacturing approach, information needed for quotation and the practical handovers between our factory, your forwarder and your site team.
Your first export enquiry
Enquiries are welcome for Malaysia, Thailand and other overseas destinations. Confirm the destination, building use and local project team so we can discuss a suitable supply and support arrangement.

Five stages. Clear handovers.
The sequence is coordinated around your project. Confirm the information, responsibilities and handover at each stage.
Send the project location, plans, dimensions, use, reference images and target dates. Identify who supplies and confirms the site information.
Review geometry, structure, interfaces, finishes, local requirements, shipping sections and installation scope. Work from a confirmed drawing revision.
Fabricate to the agreed design. Review component fit through factory trial assembly and record the agreed checks before packing.
Coordinate component numbering, packing lists and protective packing. Agree the handover point and loading arrangements with your forwarder.
Provide the agreed installation information. Your project can use a local contractor with remote guidance, or separately agreed on-site assistance.
Agree the scope in writing
Manufacturing, logistics and site work are separate parts of the delivery scope.
| Work item | Responsibility to agree |
|---|---|
| Site dimensions & structure | Confirm who measures and who approves site dimensions, support conditions and local structural information. |
| Manufacture & trial assembly | BUBUJIA fabricates, trial-assembles and numbers the components to the agreed drawings and scope. |
| Packing & documents | BUBUJIA supplies agreed protective packing, packing lists and product documents. Identify destination requirements before ordering. |
| Freight & customs | The customer or appointed freight forwarder arranges export customs, sea freight, destination clearance and inland transport. |
| Unloading & installation | Assign site access, unloading, lifting, connections, finishing and inspection to the project team, unless separately agreed. |
| Remote or on-site support | Agree BUBUJIA’s tasks, timing, local arrangements, travel and service fees for the individual project. |
The contract defines the handover point, insurance, costs and final division of work. Technical guidance does not replace local approval.
Choose the working arrangement
Make the first conversation useful
A location, a few dimensions and a reference image are enough to begin a practical discussion.
Tell us where it is and who will use the staircase.
Include the opening, floor levels and your intended look.
Let us know your programme and who will install.
Overseas procurement
Yes, this approach can be discussed for your project. Agreed installation drawings, numbered components and technical support help the contractor plan the work. Measurement, anchors, lifting, connections, site finishing and inspection responsibilities must be defined before manufacture.
On-site measurement, technical guidance or installation can be arranged by project agreement. Confirm the work, site arrangements, schedule, travel and service costs separately. Remote installation support is also available within the agreed scope.
The customer or appointed freight forwarder arranges export customs, sea freight, destination clearance and inland delivery. BUBUJIA prepares the staircase, agreed packing and product documents for handover. The handover point, insurance and costs are stated in the contract.
The schedule depends on drawing approval, fabrication complexity, finish, workshop scheduling, transport and site readiness. Agree the production and freight-handover dates separately from the installation date. A reliable schedule needs the destination, scope and current logistics plan.
Prepare the logistics together
Tell us the destination before packing is specified. Your freight forwarder should confirm the transport plan, packing requirements, document needs and destination arrangements for the actual shipment.
BUBUJIA’s role is the agreed manufacture, product information, packing and loading support. Export customs, sea freight, destination clearance and inland transport are arranged by the customer or appointed forwarder. The quotation and contract identify the handover point and each party’s costs.
Send the project details for review. We discuss individual custom staircase orders as well as coordinated project enquiries. The final scope, price and production programme depend on the design and site information.
The customer or appointed freight forwarder arranges export customs, international freight, destination clearance and inland transport. We coordinate the agreed factory preparation and loading handover. Identify any required product information before ordering.
On-site measurement, technical guidance or installation can be arranged by project agreement. Confirm the work, site arrangements, schedule, travel and service costs separately. Remote installation support is also available within the agreed scope.
