A coordinated sequence

The drawing
becomes the component.

  1. 01

    Develop the fabrication information

Coordinate geometry, support interfaces, materials, finishes and shipping sections. Confirm the drawing revision and the responsibilities for approval before manufacture.

  2. 02

    Cut, form and assemble steel

Translate the agreed design into components. Review curved transitions, junctions and connection access while the stair is fabricated.

  3. 03

    Prepare and finish surfaces

Agree the required preparation and coating system for the project. Review a finish sample where specified and identify any site touch-up work.

  4. 04

    Trial-assemble before packing

Review component fit and the agreed dimensions in the workshop. Record the checks requested for your order, then coordinate numbering and packing references.
